MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. - April 11, 2025 - Orange Bank & Trust Company, an economic engine of New York’s business community for more than 132 years, announced that David Dineen has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Senior Managing Director of Wealth Management. Dineen joined Orange Bank & Trust in 2022 as Senior Vice President and Director of Wealth Services, successfully overseeing the trust and private banking divisions. As Senior Managing Director of Wealth Management, he is responsible for leading the asset management, trust, and private banking offerings under the umbrella of Orange Wealth Management.
