We would like to remind our clients that we are providing a series of relief measures to help our personal and business banking customers mitigate the financial hardships they are facing right now or navigate other challenges that could confront them during this unprecedented time.
Relief options and solutions for clients:
· Refund of overdraft fees for clients who have been impacted by COVID-19
· Waiving early withdrawal penalties on Time Deposit Accounts
· Refund of ATM fees for clients who have been impacted by COVID-19
· Increase of ATM withdrawal limits and mobile deposit limits are available upon request
· Waiving excessive transaction fees on money market and savings accounts for 90 days
· Waiving of late fees or over limit fees for credit cards and rush orders for cards
· Waiving fees for our business clients to utilize Remote Deposit Capture for 90 days
